These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We sell products to customers in the United Kingdom only.
Products and Services
Your Print Suite specialises in physical printed products and offers design services.
- Customers do not upload their own artwork/files.
- We do not provide digital downloads or personalised templates.
Account Registration and Orders
- To place an order, customers must create an account on the Website.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and checkout is accurate and complete.
- A proof of the design will be provided prior to adding the product to the basket.
- Customers are responsible for checking the artwork and order details before placing an order. We will print exactly as ordered without corrections.
Printing Accuracy and Colours
- We print exactly as supplied in the approved proof.
- We are not responsible for any errors in the artwork checked and approved by the customer.
- Colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on-screen due to print and monitor differences.
Delivery and Turnaround
- Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days.
- Delivery is via Royal Mail and DHL.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch by the courier.
Payments and Pricing
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Refund Policy
- Orders for personalised or printed products are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving order with photos of the issue.
- We will offer a reprint of defective items. No cash refunds are provided under standard terms.
Defective Products
- Claims for defective products must include photographic evidence.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement/reprint at no additional cost.
- We may request that the defective product be returned if reasonably necessary, but reprints can often be arranged without a return.
Intellectual Property
- All designs, website content, and materials are owned by Your Print Suite unless otherwise stated.
- Customers have the right to use their purchased printed products, but no other rights are granted to the Website content or designs.
Website Usage Rules
When using the Website, you agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Misuse Website tools
- Attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Website (Infigo platform)
- Create false accounts or impersonate others
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
- We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
- Updates will be posted on the Website with the revised “last updated” date.
- Continued use of the Website after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
